1. Cancellation by the Customer
- 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
- 15 to 29 days before departure: 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

2. Cancellation by Purba Holidays
- In rare cases where Purba Holidays must cancel a trip (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or insufficient participation), you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook for a future date.
For cancellations due to force majeure (natural calamities, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), refunds will depend on the policies of our third-party vendors such as airlines, hotels, and transport services.

- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be credited through the same payment method used during the original booking.
Certain services, including flights, hotel bookings, and customized holiday packages, may be non-refundable as per the supplier’s terms and conditions.

- Booking modifications (such as travel date, destination, or package inclusions) are subject to availability and additional charges.
- All amendment requests must be made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.

5. No-Show Policy
- Failure to appear at the scheduled departure time and location will be treated as a no-show, and 100% cancellation charges will apply.
- No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services.
- Special Terms for Flight and Hotel Bookings
- Airline cancellations and modifications are governed by individual airline policies and may incur additional fees.
- Hotel booking cancellations vary by property, and policies depend on seasonality and promotional rates.
- Non-refundable bookings for flights and hotels cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.
